How are jewels made?
All Aurora Ceretti Design jewelry is made to order. Production begins after order confirmation, allowing us to dedicate care and attention to each creation.
How long does production take?
Production generally requires 2–3 weeks from order confirmation.
Why is jewelry made to order?
We offer custom-made jewelry because we do not follow a mass-production model. Every creation is carefully designed and made in Italy, allowing us to dedicate the time and attention needed for its creation. This approach allows us to craft each piece with care and intentionality, specifically for the person who chooses it.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
As production begins after order confirmation, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to assist you, but once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Once production is complete, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days for international destinations. Times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping in Italy is free. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the carrier's rates.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information.
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by the destination country. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our jewelry is made of bronze and undergoes specific protective treatments designed to preserve its color and original appearance over time. This treatment helps protect the material from oxidation, allowing the jewelry to maintain its finish with proper care.
How should I care for my jewelry?
We advise you to avoid water, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, and impacts. When not wearing it, store it in a dry place and clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Can I wear the jewelry in the shower or while swimming?
No. We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, bathing, swimming, or engaging in any activities that involve prolonged exposure to water.

Can I return a custom-made piece of jewelry?
Since each piece is made to order, return conditions may vary. We recommend that you consult our Return and Refund Policy before making a purchase.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
