All our jewelry is made to order, so production begins only after payment is confirmed.

  • Production Time: Approximately 2–3 weeks
  • Once completed and subjected to our quality checks, your jewelry will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipping.

Production times may vary slightly during holidays or during high order volumes.

Shipping Times

Once production is complete, your order will be handed over to one of our trusted international couriers.

Shipping Costs

  • Italy: Free Standard Shipping
  • International Orders: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and carrier fees.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to be updated by the carrier.
