Our online store is built and hosted by Shopify, which provides us with the technology and tools necessary to manage the website, catalog, and online purchases.

1. OUR SITE AND OUR PRODUCTS

Aurora Ceretti Design offers jewelry and accessories crafted and/or selected with particular attention to quality, materials, and detail.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through the photographs, descriptions, and information published on the site. However, colors, shades, finishes, and details may appear slightly different depending on the screen, device used, and lighting conditions. For products that are handcrafted or made with natural materials, stones, or elements that may have individual characteristics, any small variations from the images on the site do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to modify product features, availability, and information, without prejudice to applicable laws for orders already completed.

2. CUSTOMIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

If a product is made to order, customized, or modified according to the customer's specific specifications, the relevant characteristics and conditions will be indicated in the product description or communicated before the order is finalized.
Customized or made-to-order products may be subject to exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for by applicable laws.
Any requests to modify or cancel an order for a customized product must be made promptly and will be evaluated based on the order's processing status.

3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT COMPLETION

When you place an order through the site, you select the products you wish to purchase and proceed with payment using the available payment methods. Before confirming your order, you can review the products selected, quantities, price, any shipping costs, and other purchase information. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase by the customer. After receiving the order, we will send a confirmation to the email address provided during the purchase process. The sales contract is deemed concluded in accordance with the procedures and timeframes established by applicable law and the communications sent to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, for example, if the product is incorrectly indicated as available, there are obvious errors in the price or description, or there are reasons related to security, fraud, or product availability. In the event of cancellation of an order already paid, we will refund the amount due according to the applicable terms.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Product prices are those indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes as indicated during the purchase process.
Any shipping charges, duties, taxes or other costs applicable to orders, International shipping costs will be indicated, where possible, before finalizing the order.
For international shipments, any customs duties, local taxes, or import costs applicable in the destination country may be borne by the customer, where required by applicable laws and shipping terms.
Available payment methods are indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in pricing or product information, even after the order has been placed, in accordance with the consumer rights recognized by applicable law.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship our products to the destinations indicated on the website at the time of ordering. Preparation and delivery times are indicated in the shipping information and/or during checkout and may vary based on the destination, shipping method selected, and product availability. The times indicated are to be considered in accordance with applicable laws and may be affected by circumstances beyond Aurora Ceretti Design's direct control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or exceptional events. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for ensuring the correct address and delivery information.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

For purchases made online by consumers, the right of withdrawal is governed by the law applicable in the consumer's country of residence.
For consumers in the European Union, except for exceptions provided by law, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to provide a reason. The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized, in cases provided for by applicable law. This section does not in any way limit the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.

7. LEGAL WARRANTY

Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by applicable law. For consumers in the European Union, goods purchased from a professional seller are generally covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee, according to the conditions set forth by applicable law. The legal guarantee applies to defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery and does not cover, to the extent permitted by law, damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, accidents, failure to follow care or maintenance instructions, or other behavior not in accordance with the product's normal purpose.

8. JEWELRY CARE

Normal changes due to wear and tear do not, in themselves, constitute a defect. Care instructions do not limit the consumer's rights under the legal warranty.

All content on the Aurora Ceretti Design website, including, but not limited to, the brand name and logo, photographs, images, graphics, text, descriptions, designs, visual elements, and original content, belongs to Aurora Ceretti Design or is used with the necessary authorizations. 13. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Aurora Ceretti Design is supported by the Shopify platform, which allows us to provide our online store and related services. However, all sales and purchases made through our store are concluded directly between the customer and Aurora Ceretti Design.
By using our site, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the sale of products by Aurora Ceretti Design, nor for the obligations arising from the sales relationship between Aurora Ceretti Design and the customer, including, to the extent permitted by law, obligations relating to products, orders, returns, refunds, and customer service. Shopify and its affiliates are third parties with respect to the sales contract concluded between Aurora Ceretti Design and the customer.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

These Terms and the sales contracts concluded through the site are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer protection provisions established by the law applicable in the consumer's country of residence.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit the rights granted to you by the mandatory laws applicable in your country. For consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory protections provided by applicable European and national legislation regarding distance contracts, right of withdrawal, legal guarantees of conformity, delivery, and consumer protection remain applicable.
